From other third party sources such as our vendors, suppliers, contractors or partners.

Contact information and any other information you choose to include when you sign up to receive information about our company, create your online profile, view real estate offerings, or communicate with us via e-mail, mail, or other channels. This information may include name, e-mail address, company name, job title, mailing address, and phone numbers;
Property information related to any real estate transaction that may include information related to taxes, assessments, title searches, property records, mortgages, liens permits, insurance policies, warranties, and inspection reports. We may collect the following (i) property-specific data including structural information, system specifications, component ages, model numbers, and warranty status; (ii)property maintenance data that includes repair history, service records, and scheduled maintenance; (iii) property environmental data such as temperature readings, humidity levels, air quality, and lighting conditions; and (iv) system performance data including HVAC efficiency, water usage, and energy consumption;
Financial information such as your ACH information, banking information or other similar financial information to process the transaction. We may also collect other financial data such as equity position, mortgage information, and improvement ROI;
Video & images such as video or audio recordings, live video or audio streams, images, comments, property photos, videos, floor plans, 3D scans, and data from an individual's surrounding environment and home dwelling to perform certain functions (such as motion, events, temperature and ambient light) which may be used to assist with home improvement, repairs, upgrades and/or for purposes of marketing a home for sale;
Social media information, such as social media identifiers and/or interests or opinions expressed, if you engage with us directly on social media platforms;
Employment information if you apply for employment with us or volunteer your professional services. We may collect employment information including job history and credentials or title and organization with whom you work;
Market analytics data such as neighborhood trends, comparable sales, and valuation factors;
User interaction data that may include preferences, achievement milestones, and improvement goals;
Online user activity described in the next section;
Legally Required Information that may be required by laws that apply to Archie.

When you interact with the Site, certain information about your use of our Site is automatically collected. This includes:

Vendors, and Service Providers
Social Media. If you engage with Archie on a public, social media platform, you may be sharing your personal information with your friends associated with your social media account, to other website users, and to your social media account provider, in connection with your social sharing activity. Please note that any information you post within these public forums or social media pages may become public and may be read, collected, and used by anyone.
Merger, sale, or other asset transfers. We reserve the right to transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, joint venture, change in ownership control, assignment, transfer, financing transaction or other disposition of all or any portion of our organization (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings). 7. No Use by Children

We do not knowingly or intentionally gather personal information about children who are under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible and cease the use of that information in accordance with applicable law.
